Vatican City, Dec. 26 (LaPresse) – Around 8:50 AM, Pope Francis opened the Holy Door of Mercy at the Rebibbia prison. Unlike the opening of the Holy Door at St. Peter's Basilica, Pope Francis crossed the threshold on foot before reaching the altar in a wheelchair to celebrate Mass.
